Ingredients

Bean sprouts – 1 bowl

Ground sesame – 2 tbsp

Miso – 1 tbsp

Water – 100 ml

Soy milk – 100 ml

Sesame oil – a drizzle

Directions

Grind the sesame seeds.

Lightly sauté the bean sprouts in sesame oil.

Add water and soy milk, then gently dissolve the miso.

Finish with extra sesame and a drizzle of sesame oil.
