Grandma's Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

3 tbsp flour

1 cup sugar

1 egg beaten

2 cup rhubarb cut into small pieces

1 recipe of plain pastry (pie dough)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F.

Sift flour and sugar, add egg and beat thoroughly and rhubarb. Line pie pan with pastry and pour in filling. Top with top crust. Cut little steam slits.

Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350F and bake for another 35 minutes.
