Foccacia Bread

Ingredients

4 c. flour

1 packet of instant yeast

2 tbsp salt

2 c. water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together then add water. Knead dough until all combined. Cover the dough in olive oil and seal tight in a bowl. Put in the fridge for 2 hours

After 2 hours, get a large pan and cover the bottom and sides in olive oil. Place dough in pan. Cover dough again in olive oil. Let sit out of fridge for 2+ hours til doubles in size.

After 2 hours, dimple the dough and spread out over the pan.

Sprinkle toppings (chopped garlic, rosemary, shallot, bell peppers, etc) and add lots of flakey salt.

Cover in more olive oil.

Place in 450º oven for 25/30 minutes.
