1/4 onion
30g butter (1tb)
1tb plain flour
3/4 C milk
1/2 C grated cheese
1/4 C corn kernels
1/2 C tuna
2tsp parsley
1/4 C dry breadcrumbs
1/4 C extra grated cheese
1/2 C macaroni pasta
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Boil water in medium saucepan, add macaroni and cook until soft (about 10 minutes) Drain and set aside.
Chop onion. Melt butter in saucepan and lightly fry.
Remove from heat. Add flour. Mix.
Add milk slowly until smooth.
Heat until thick, stirring all the time.
Add cheese, corn, tuna and parsley. Stir until cheese melts. Add macaroni.
Spoon mixture in casserole dish.
Combine dried breadcrumbs and extra cheese and sprinkle over the top.
Bake in oven approx 15 min or until cheese melts and browns.
