Ingredients

1 bag(5 cups dry mix) Kodiak protien pancakes. You can use regular pancake mix, but it wont keep you full.

5 eggs

2 ½ cups milk of choice

Frozen berries

1 block softened cream cheese

Sweetener of choice

Directions

1. Mix pancake mix, eggs, and milk in a bowl

2. Pour into a greased baking dish (this pic had foil ik, DO NOT use foil. Parchment paper works the best.)

3. put LOTS of frozen berries on top (more than what is pictured)

4. Mix cream cheese and sweetener

5. Glop the cream cheese on where ever you want

6. Bake at 350° for approx 20min give or take

7. Cut and freeze they reheat in a damp paper towel really well.
