1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp potato starch or corn starch
1 cup water
¼ tsp salt (or a pinch)
1 egg
5–6 spring onions
Oil for frying
Directions
In a bowl, mix flour, starch, salt, water, and egg until smooth.
Heat oil in a pan.
Lay green onions in a single layer.
Pour batter on top.
Cook until bottom is golden, flip carefully.
Add a little more batter on the flipped side, cook until crispy.
Serve hot with dipping sauce! ♥️
