10 Minute Sticky Ginger Beef Mince

1 tbsp Olive oil
250 g Lean beef mince
1 Onion (small; peeled and diced)
3 tbsp Garlic and ginger paste
½ tsp Red chilli flakes
2 tbsp Sesame oil
60 ml Low salt soy sauce
2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
150 g Tenderstem broccoli
Sesame seeds and spring onion (for serving (optional)
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp Olive oil in a large frying pan and add 1 Onion. Cook for 2 minutes until softened.
Add 3 tbsp Garlic and ginger paste and 0.5 tsp Red chilli flakes and stir.
Add 250 g Lean beef mince and use a wooden spoon to break it apart. Cook on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until browned, stirring regularly.
Whilst that is cooking, mix together 2 tbsp Sesame oil, 60 ml Low salt soy sauce, 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbsp Honey and 1 tbsp Rice vinegar.
Add the sauce to the pan with 150 g Tenderstem broccoli and mix well. Continue cooking on a medium heat for 3 minutes, until the beef is cooked.
Serve topped with Sesame seeds and spring onion.
