Ingredients

Ingredients (serves 2)

Pack of green beans (around 250g)

100g beef mince

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 inch knob of ginger (minced)

5 whole dried chillies (or teaspoon chilli flakes)

1 spoon Shaoxing wine

Stir fry sauce:

3 spoons light soy

1 spoon dark soy

1 spoon rice vinegar

1 spoon sugar

1 teaspoon chicken powder

Directions

Cut green beans in half and cook in very hot wok / pan with 1 spoon of oil for 2-3 mins until blistered. Remove from pan.

Add in 2 spoons of oil and fry chillies, ginger and garlic for 1 min. Add in mince and cook until moisture cooked out.

Add in Shaoxing wine and stir fry sauce. Reduce slightly and then add in green beans.

Serve with boiled white rice and crispy fried egg (optional).
