Veggie Eggrolls

Wonton squares

5-6 cremini or shiitake mushrooms

4-5 cloves of garlic

1/2 green cabbage

1-2 carrots

Soy sauce

Black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Canola oil for frying


Wash carrots, cabbage and mushrooms

Mince garlic

Peel carrots and cut into small sticks

Finely dice mushrooms

Cut cabbage into thin strips

Pour oil into a pan and cook garlic for 1 minute

Add carrots, stir

Add mushrooms, stir

Add cabbage, stir until color turns bright green

Add black pepper and soy sauce, let cool

Line a plastic container with wax paper

Fill and roll eggrolls and place on paper, lightly spaced

Refrigerate for later or immediately dry until golden brown

Serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy
