Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 scoop of protein powder

Optional add-ins: shredded coconut, chia seeds, cocoa powder, dried fruit

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix oats, nut butter, sweetener, and add-ins until well combined

  2. Roll into small balls

  3. Refrigerate until firm
