Ingredients (4 Crunch Wraps):

24oz Chicken Breast (raw)

50g Egg Whites

30g Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

35g All Purpose Flour

8g Corn Starch

3g Baking Powder

Avocado Oil Spray

Dill Pickles

4 Large Low Carb Burrito Tortillas (110 Cals each)

Nashville Style Seasoning Blend:

2 tsp Cayenne

1½ tsp Paprika

2 tsp Black Pepper

¾ tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Brown Sugar

40g Honey

80g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

20g Water

20g Apple Cider Vinegar

8g Light Butter

⅔ tsp Cayenne

½ tsp Paprika

⅔ tsp Black Pepper

¼ tsp Sea Salt

⅓ tsp Garlic Powder

⅔ tsp Brown Sugar

6g Corn Starch

20g Cold Water

Honey Slaw:

240g Shredded Cabbage

80g Shredded Carrots

120g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt

30g Light Mayo

30g Apple Cider Vinegar

20g Pickle Juice

10g Honey

½ tsp Sea Salt

½ tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Mix slaw dressing ingredients until smooth. Toss with cabbage and carrots. Refrigerate.

Mix cream sauce ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate.

Add honey, syrup, water, vinegar, butter and hot honey seasoning to a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Mix cornstarch with cold water, then whisk into sauce. Heat 30–60 seconds until glossy and thickened. Remove from heat.

In one bowl mix egg whites and Frank’s Red Hot. In another bowl mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and Nashville seasoning.

Coat chicken in wet mixture, then dry mixture. Shake off excess and place in air fryer. Spray with avocado oil.

Air fry at 400°F for 9–10 minutes until chicken reaches 160°F internally.

Brush chicken with warm Nashville Hot Honey.

Lay down one tortilla and cut center to edge. Add chicken, slaw, pickles and cream sauce to each quadrant.

Fold into a tight wrap. Spray lightly with avocado oil.

Air fry at 400°F for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy. Slice in half and enjoy.
