Ingredients (serves 2):
250g lean chicken mince (can use turkey mince)
Tsp garlic granules
Tsp onion granules
Tsp dried rosemary
Salt
Pepper
2 streaky bacon rashers
50g brie sliced
2 brioche buns
20g garlic sauce
20g cranberry sauce
Directions
Start by seasoning the chicken mince with the garlic granules, onion granules, rosemary along with salt and pepper. Using damp hands, mix in well before splitting into 4 equal balls.
Transfer each ball to a hot pan. Cover with baking paper and using a spatula, press down to make a patty. Fry for a 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked.
Meanwhile, grill the bacon according to packet instructions and toast the brioche buns.
Once the chicken is cooked, top with the brie and turn down low. Cover for a couple of minutes to allow the brie to melt slightly.
Add the garlic sauce to the bottom of each bun, top with both of the chicken patties with the brie one on top, cranberry sauce and then finally with the bacon.
