Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1/2 cup celery

3 tbsp green onion

1/2 cup red onion

1/2 cup avocado oil mayo

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup buffalo sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

dash of black pepper

Directions

Finely chop up celery, green onion and red onion.

Shred rotisserie chicken.

In a small bowl, add avocado oil mayo, plain greek yogurt, buffalo sauce and seasonings to mix together.

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery, green onion, red onion and pour dressing on top.

Mix together to combine.
