Banana Chai Shake

Ingredients

40g rolled oats

135g oat milk

70g frozen banana (approx 1 banana)

90g brewed chai tea, leave to cool down

7g peanut butter

Optional:

Vanilla extract

Cinnamon

Honey

Directions

For a smoother drink, leave oats to soak in the oat milk for 10 minutes

Weigh the ingredients straight into a blender jug

Blend and serve immediately

Variations:

Leave a few slices of banana aside to put on top.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Add the optional ingredients to edit the flavour.

Notes

If you made too much you can pour the extra into ice cube trays to freeze and add to future smoothies.
