Gochujang Salmon in Air Fryer

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

1/4 teaspoon Salt and pepper, each

2 tbsp gochujang paste

1 tablespoon each of soy sauce and rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Season salmon with salt and pepper, then coat with the sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or longer in the fridge).

Set air fryer to 380°F.

Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place marinated salmon skin-side down.

Air fry for 8 minutes

Notes

Add honey or brown sugar to the sauce
