猪肋排

干豆豉

料酒

生抽

白糖

蚝油

胡椒粉

生粉

Directions

猪肋排斩小块,冲洗至无血水后用清水浸泡15分钟左右,捞出沥干水分

干豆豉稍稍剁碎装碗备用

热一大勺油至七成热,淋入豆豉碗中将其煨熟

姜蒜切末放进小碗里,加料酒,盐,生抽,蚝油,白糖,胡椒粉和放凉的豆豉调匀

把调好的豆豉汁倒进排骨里,拌匀

淋一大勺食用油、一小勺生粉拌匀,腌制20分钟(也可提前一晚腌制)

入开水锅,大火蒸15分钟左右至排骨熟烂即可
