Ingredients

2 medium-large avocados, skin and pit removed (260 grams)

1/2 cup unsweetened lite coconut milk (from a can)

3 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 cup packed cilantro

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (use less for less spicy)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Make your avocado sauce. Place all ingredients into a Vitamix, high-powered blender, or food processor. You can also place all the ingredients in a wide-mouth jar and use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, or your desired consistency, about 30 seconds. Adjust according to taste.

Enjoy! Use it as a dip, a sauce, spread, or however you please!
