Super-easy Aglio E Olio Pasta

Ingredients

Olive oil

10 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp salsa macha

Small handful of fresh parsley

Pinch of salt

220 g capellini pasta

2 cups pasta cooking water

Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

In a cold pot, add the olive oil, minced garlic, salsa macha and parsley. Season with salt and sauté until golden.

Remove the parsley once it’s browned.

Cook the capellini and pour 2 cups of its cooking water into the garlicky oil.

Transfer the pasta to the pot, add the chopped parsley and toss well.

Twirl, plate and enjoy.
