Ingredients

2 quart. Crutons cut into 1/2 in. Cubes

2 oz. Melted whole butter

2 oz. Olive oil.

1 teaspoon Salt and pepper.

1 Tablespoon Fresh chopped parsley

1 sprig fresh thyme chopped

1/4 teaspoon Dried basil

1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano

1 tablespoon Fresh chopped garlic

Directions

Cut bread and rserve in large mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl combine remaining ingrediants. Mix well and then combibe throughly with bread. Place on a partchment lined sheet tray and toast in a 300 degree oven. Allow to cool then place in a properly labeled container.
