Cheeseburger Salad

1 lb ground beef
2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz iceberg lettuce (chopped or shredded, chef's choice)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped pickles (We prefer dill)
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (we use nonfat, OR you can use mayonnaise if preferred)
2 tbsp relish (can chop up pickles instead)
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
Directions
In a medium sized skillet on medium high heat, cook ground beef, breaking apart as you go. Add onion powder, salt and pepper. Continue to cook until fully cooked, and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
While ground meat is cooling, mix salad dressing ingredients and once fully combined set aside.
In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, onion, pickles and tomatoes and ground beef. Toss salad with dressing if desired (alternative method would be drizzling on top).
