Ingredients

1 egg

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 handful blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease an 8oz ramekin or baking dish.

Add everything to the cup of a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 25min until risen and slightly firm.

Let cool slightly, add toppings of choice, and enjoy!
