Air Fryer Haddock

Ingredients

1 lb Haddock (about 3 fillets)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 to 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Prepare the fish fillets

Mix seasoning to make the fish seasoning blend and set aside. Pat Haddock fillets dry with paper towels.

Brush with oil, sprinkle seasoning generously on the haddock, flip over and repeat process.

Air Frying the Haddock fillets

Gently place fillets in the air fryer, do not over crowd, its ok if its over lapping slightly

Air fry at 350°F / 180°C for 8 to 10 mins. I didn't need to flip the fillets.
