Ingredients

•1½ lbs NY Strip Steak (or sirloin)

•2 tbs low sodium soy sauce

•2 tbs sesame oil

•4 cloves garlic, minced

•1 tbs ginger paste

•1 tbs Worcestershire sauce

•2 tbs honey

Directions

Dice steak

Mince garlic, turn into paste

Marinate over night

Cook in canola oil

I only cooked the steak part of recipe. Go heavy on the ginger. I winged it when marinating. I used top sirloin for meat
