1 lb ground beef
6 small flour tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 packet seasoning mix (your choice)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle relish
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
6 pickle slices
Directions
Combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a bowl to prepare your sauce, if desired.
Warm a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Divide the ground beef into six portions, flatten each onto a tortilla evenly, and season with your preferred seasoning mix.
Lightly oil your cooking surface.
Place the tortillas beef-side down, cooking for about two minutes.
Flip the tortillas over, promptly add cheddar cheese on top of the beef, and cook until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese has melted.
Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
Fold the tortillas into taco shapes and serve immediately while hot.
