White Mountain Icing

1/2 cup sugar
2 T water
1/4 cup white Karo syrup
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Boil sugar, water, and Karo syrup until syrup spins a thread. Slowly pour hot syrup onto 2 egg whites that are beaten stiff, beating continually until it holds soft peaks. Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
