Salt, 1 1/4 tsp

Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl. Place into a cheesecloth, clean kitchen towel or paper towel-lined strainer over a bowl. Weigh it down gently with a bowl or mug. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours until thick and

creamy. Press down lightly before unwrapping for extra thickness.
