Healthier baking, made DELICIOUS! Ok maybe it’s 7 ingredients, but just checking whether you’re counting or not 😂 it’s vegan, gluten free, no refined sugar and SO easy to make!

I bet you’ve got some of the ingredients at home already!

Here’s how 🧑🍳

For the brownie

1/2 cup gluten free flour (@dovesfarm)

1/2 cup cacao powder (@foodthoughtsuk)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup peanut butter (@manilife_)

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

For the caramel

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 coconut oil, melted

1/3 cup roasted peanuts

For the chocolate topping

200g chocolate (I used @rawhalo to keep it RSF)

1/4 cup peanut butter

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line an 8” square tray with baking paper. In a bowl, add the brownie ingredients and stir well.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spoon. Bake for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean, then leave to cool.

add the caramel ingredients to a bowl and stir until you have a smooth even mixture, then pour this over the brownie layer and spread out evenly with a spoon.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds, then mix in the peanut butter and pour the mixture evenly over the caramel layer.

Place the dish in the fridge for at least an hour to set the chocolate. Once set, cut into bars and serve!
