High-protein Flatbread… Made Out of Egg Whites

Ingredients

Gluten-free, light, crispy on the edges, flexible in the middle — and basically a blank canvas for whatever you’re craving 🤤 💯

I did:

turkey, lettuce, pickles, mustard + spicy bomba

smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber & tomato

Trust me — you’re gonna want this on repeat. Save it 📌

What you’ll need: 👩🏻🍳

Egg whites 3/4 cup, or 5 egg whites

1/2 tsp cornstarch

Seasonings of choice (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, everything but the bagel seasoning, pepper ..go wild)

Avocado oil spray

2 tbsp shredded cheese (I used Muenster)

Make it:

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with avocado oil.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in seasonings and a tsp of cornstarch.

Spread mixture onto the prepared parchment into a thin flatbread shape.

Sprinkle shredded Munster cheese over the top.

Bake for 10 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then peel off the parchment.

To serve

Use it like a flatbread or wrap and fill however you want.
