Ingredients

Red potatoes

2 sticks of butter

Sour cream

Chedar Cheese - shredded

Crisp fried bacon

Directions

Bake at 350º.

Boil desired number of potatoes (unpeeled) in water to cover in saucepan until tender.

Drain and cut into quarters.

Arrange in 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Add butter, drops of sour cream, cheese, and bacon.

Bake until cheese melts.
