Ingredients

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Chill Time: 2 hours

Yields: 2 logs

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup butter

– 2 cups chocolate chips

– 1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans

– 1 bag colored mini marshmallows

– Shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips on low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.

2. Let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.

3. While cooling, lay out wax paper on a flat surface. If using coconut, spread it evenly on the wax paper.

4. Pour the cooled chocolate over the marshmallows and chopped nuts. Mix well until evenly coated.

5. Divide the mixture in half and place each portion onto the prepared wax paper.

6. Roll each portion into a log shape using the wax paper to help form it.

7. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, at least 2 hours.

8. Slice to serve.

Note: Store chilled to keep firm.
