Dates Bliss Balls Recipe

250g pitted medjool dates, pitted
¾ cup desiccated coconut
1 cup / 110g rolled oats, grind to powder
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
coated chocolate (optional)
Directions
Blend the rolled oats to powder first Then add in dates and shredded coconut and mix eveything well together, roll into 15g balls, and pop them in the fridge.
Notes
Made 30-35 x 15g balls
Original amount of dates is 1 1/2 cups, i think it’s too sweet with coated chocolate
