Salmon with Fruit Salsa

1 Red Pepper
1 lb Salmon Filet
Seasoning to taste
Olive Oil
Directions
Chop the fruit and pepper into small cubes and mix in a bowl to make the salsa. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Season the salmon with olive oil and the seasoning of your choice.
Bake or air fry at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until cooked in the middle.
Serve the salmon with the fruit salsa on top. This dish goes well with white rice.
