High Protein Klondike Bars

Ingredients

2 cups 5% Greek yogurt

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup coconut oil

Directions

In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour into a square mold or lined baking dish and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Dip each frozen yogurt square in the melted chocolate, then let it harden.

Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later. Defrost for 15 minutes before serving for the perfect bite!
