Ingredients

½ lb Elbow Noodles

Salt

4 Cups Water

1 Egg

½ cup Half & Half

~ 2 ½ Cups Cheese

4 Tbsp Butter

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Cresole Seasoning

Brown Sugar

Cracker Topping (below ingredients)

Half Sleeve Ritz Crackers

2-3 Tbsp Butter

Creole Seasoning

Garlic Powder

Directions

Add elbows, water, and salt to pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quick release pressure when complete.

While cooking, whisk together egg and half and half in a bowl.

Strain the macaroni noodles and return to pot on the keep warm setting. Add egg mixture with spices and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add cheeses and stir to begin melting. When cheese starts to melt (1 minute) add butter to emulsify sauce. Continue to stir until butter is melted and sauce is emulsified. Pour into a bowl for serving.

For topping, melt butter and add crushed up ritz crackers and spices. Stir to coat all the cracker crumbs with butter and spices.

Serve macaroni and top with ritz cracker spices. Optionally combine with meat.
