12 count King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
6 Pepper jack cheese slices
1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Crispy fried onions
6 pieces of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2 tbsp melted butter
Sesame seeds
Directions
If you don't have any bacon leftover from breakfast, cook at least 6 pieces of bacon however you'd like! I prefer to bake it in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. It usually bakes for about 25 minutes.
Cook 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Once the ground beef is browned, drain any extra grease from the skillet. Add the minced garlic and BBQ sauce. Stir well.
Slice King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half and put the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan.
Add a layer of pepper jack cheese. Add the ground beef on top of the cheese. Top the ground beef with shredded colby jack cheese, some crumbled bacon, and crispy fried onions. Top with a little bit more BBQ sauce if desired!
Put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush them with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
