simply mix together a short list of ingredients, add an optional (but encouraged) maple glaze and you’ve got a morning treat everyone will love ❤️
MAPLE PANCAKE BREAD
2 1/2 cups @birchbenders classic pancake mix (may sub guten-free or buttermilk mixes) 1 1/3 cups water 1 egg 3 tbsp melted coconut oil (or butter) 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp vanilla
crumb topping: 1/4 cup pancake mix 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp white sugar (or monk fruit) 2 tbsp brown sugar (or monk fruit) 2 tbsp butter
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
line loaf pan with parchment paper (or use baking spray)
in large bowl, mix all bread ingredients until well combined
pour into loaf pan
in small bowl, mix topping ingredients, working butter in with a fork. spread over batter
bake for 35-40 min, or until a knife comes out clean
let bread cool for 10 min before drizzling glaze (optional) on top
maple glaze: 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 2 tbsp butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla
melt syrup and butter on low heat
wisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until lumps are gone
drizzle over bread
