Greek Yogurt Chicken in Air Fryer

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken

3 tbsp Greek yogurt

2 tbsp Parsley Flakes

1/2 tbsp Red Pepper flakes

1/4 tbsp paprika

1/2 tbsp mixed herbs

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

Directions

First up, score your chicken with a knife on one side and add you want into a bowl. Top with your Greek yogurt and all the remaining seasonings.

Mix the chicken in with your ingredients thoroughly until all the chicken is well covered. Cover with plastic wrap and set it aside for 60 minutes or up to 24 hours in the fridge.

Once you're ready to cook your chicken, place it in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes at 350F, flipping over the chicken after 10 minutes. This should give you a crispy skin and perfectly juicy chicken.

Every air fryer is different so make sure to adjust the temperature and cooking time if your air fryer cooks the chicken faster or slower. Once it's cooked all the way through, remove and serve up with your side of choice and enjoy!
