Chicken Drums (Percy)

450 Drums
1 gallon Soy Sauce
15Lbs Brown Sugar
15" Ginger Crushed
3 Lb Garlic Crushed
1 Gallon Water
3 cups corn starch
Directions
Mix soy, water and sugar to taste (use juices from mandarin oranges and maraschino cherries if available)
Add Ginger & garlic
Place drums in pans in 1 layer.
Pour soy mix over drums 1/2" deep.
Soak 1 hour, turn drums.
Cover pans with foil and bake @ 350F for 40 minutes, remove foil, then turn drums and back an additional 15 mins.
Baste chicken with remaining soy mix thickened with Corn starch.
