Veggie Fried Rice With Egg

Ingredients

1 cup cooked rice (best if cold / leftover)

1 egg

1 cup mixed frozen vegetables

1 tbsp soy sauce

Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add frozen vegetables; cook until warm

  2. Push vegetables to one side. Crack egg into free space, scramble lightly

  3. Add rice + soy sauce; stir everything together, heat through

  4. Season to taste
