Cheesy Sweet Creamed Corn Casserole

4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the corn kernels, heavy cream, melted butter, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
