Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

1 whole head of cabbage
1 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground sausage
1 cup cooked rice
2 eggs
1 yellow onion
5 cloves chopped garlic
Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, question, pepper flakes.
Fresh parsley and basil
Tomato sauce
Peel of a few leaves from outside of cabbage. Then carefully remove the core. Place in boiling water. Using tongs, carefully remove each cabbage leaf as it softens. Should only take a few minutes.
Directions
In a pan, sauté your onion and garlic. Add salt and crushed red pepper flakes. Once translucent set aside.
In a bowl, add 1 pound of ground beef, and 1 pound of ground mild sausage. Next at in the onion and garlic mixture, along with one cup of cooked rice, and 2 eggs. Season by salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, fresh parsley. Mix everything together. Remove the bottom core if needed from the cabbage leaf. Next fill each sleep with a large scoop of the meat mixture. Roll cabbage around meat like a burrito. In an oven, safe dish, line the bottom with tomato sauce. Then place the cabbage rolls on top. Cover with more sauce, fresh parsley, and basil. Cook on 350 for one hour 15 min.
