Ingredients

2 oz cream cheese

2 cups mozzarella

2 eggs

1 cup almond flour

2 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese

6 cooked sausage patties

Directions

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is soft and melty. Mix until

creamy.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and combine them with the almond flour. Add the melted cheese mixture and stir until well combined. The dough may be sticky, which is perfectly fine!

4. Wet your hands and form 3-inch dough balls, then flatten them slightly.

5. Place a sausage patty and a slice of cheddar cheese on each dough piece, wrapping the dough around the filling.

6. Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a parchment- lined cookie tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and set.

7. For an extra cheesy touch, top with more cheese before serving.
