Glazed Carrots

2 lbs carrots
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs Orange juice concentrate
1 Tbs cinnamon
3 Tbs water
Directions
1. In a large fly pan over medium heat, place butter and olive oil.
2. When the butter is melted, add carrots.
3. Cook covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly.
5. Cook covered until carrots are tender, approximately 15 minutes.
