30oz - Frozen hash browns
32oz - chicken broth
8oz - cream cheese
3oz - bacon bits
1 cup - shredded cheddar
Directions
Put hash browns, chicken broth, and half of bacon bits in the crockpot. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook on low for 7-8hrs.
During last hour, cut cream cheese into small cubes and add them to the crockpot. Mix a few times during the hour until cheese is mixed in.
Top with cheddar and remaining bacon bits.
