5g rock sugar

30g Dried Lily

5-6 pieces of dried Goji berry

Directions

1. Wash the snow pear, cut off the top quarter of the pear to serve as a "lid". Soak dried lily for at least 10 minutes.

2. Next, carefully scoop out the pear core with a small spoon, be careful not to pierce through the pear to prevent the liquid from leaking out during stewing.

3. Place all the ingredients, rock sugar, dried lily, and Goji berry all together into the hollowed-out pear cup, and put the "lid" on top. Secure the "lid" with toothpicks if wish.

4. Placed the pear cups into a bowl, then set the bowl inside a steamer; steam for 30 minutes.
