Fresh Rhubarb Cake

2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 c butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 c sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 fresh rhubarb, chopped
Topping: 1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Sift flour, soda & salt. Add egg, butter, brown sugar, sour milk & vanilla. Mix 5 minutes with mixer.
Fold in chopped rhubarb.
Pour into greased 13 x 10 x 2 pan.
Mix crumble over batter.
350 for 40-50 minutes
