Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

Spice rub keeps for up to 3 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
