Sweet & Spicy Pan Fried Salmon

Ingredients

2 salmon slices

1 tbsp oyster sauce @lkkeurope

1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp garlic ginger paste

1 tbsp water

1/2 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to liking)

1/2 tsp sesame oil

less than handful chopped coriander/cilantro

Directions

mix sauce ingredients ingredients

marinate salmon for at least 15 mins, best is 30 mins

Pan fry for total 10-12 mins, browning all sides, around 2 minutes each side then when all brown, cook remaining time with skin side down. (hope this makes sense 😅)

when salmon almost done, add in marinade and coat salmon.

serve over rice, noodles, salad or anythinggg
