air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
carrot ribbon salad:
4 large carrots, peeled into ribbons
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
salt and black pepper to taste
bunch green onions, chopped
marinate for at least 10 minutes
serve with:
jasmine rice
furikake seasoning
sprinkle chopped green onions
