Veggie Casserole (Richard Koon)

1 stick butter
36 ritz crackers (crushed)
2 cans veg all
¾ c mayo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small chopped onion
¾ c chopped celery
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Directions
Melt butter & crush crackers. Pour butter over crackers and mix in bowl. Spread cracker mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
Blend all other ingredients together.
Pour over crackers and bake at 350° until bubbly.
